For the first set of these designs, I collected London-themed imagery and colours, as well as words and phrases such as extracts from the diary of Samuel Pepys, and brought them all together to create grungy digital collages.
I made the second set of collages from cut-up bits of old (Atari) ST Format magazines, from the late 1980s/early 1990s, which I found online.
